Order Processing & Production Time
All items are made to order. Processing time is 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and
holidays. During high-volume seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Policy
Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery is 5–10
business days after production. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers,
weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are custom-printed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges
for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of
delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot
be canceled.
Sizing & Product Details
Please refer to the size chart before ordering. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and
lighting. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders are final sale. Please review spelling, design, and details carefully before
submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Intellectual Property
All designs are the property of N&C; Signature Tees Print and may not be copied, reproduced, or
resold without permission.
